We do NOT use toxic mercury alloys, temporary plastics, porous resins, non-precious or base metal crowns, water-soluble cement, removable plastic appliances, or non-precious metals.
Dr. Cohen uses numerous methods to restore teeth conservatively and help you obtain optimal oral health. Materials that our practice use on a routine basis include composites (for small fillings only), pressed ceramic/porcelain, high noble gold in specific cases, and surgical grade titanium related to surgically placed dental implants. These are the only dental materials we will use for our staff or their families' mouths! The list is short but profoundly important!
